I think I finally found a weight lifting plan that I enjoy and should also help me with seeing some improvements in overall conditioning. Abs are a pain in the ass, I need to find a regimen that works well there too.
U found a good, well lit path that will get me about four miles so I like that. I ran four one night last week, four on Saturday and eight today. I was pretty slow but guessing because I was focused on glasses and the snow was tricky a bit too. I really need to figure out contacts or leave my glasses at home!
